Welcome back TBS.
I consider tbs one of the best squad captains I have met. Definitely when compared to people like Snake eye you can see why. When I was in Metallurgy a long time ago, TBS and me often shared ideas, many of which metallurgy adopted and used. Since you are returning tbs, I wouldn't mind starting up a partnership, however more discussion is required.
My squad Obsidian started in 2007 of December, we have around 50 members, 40 of which are active. Out of these I would say half are decent and the other half are rookies. We only have 27 players for league.
I am considering merging Obsidian with Metallurgy under the conditions that TBS is Captain, and I am Co captain. The other 32 people in Obsidian would stay in Obsidian. Obsidian would then be Metallurgies Cadet squad. I will still Captain Obsidian, you can send a representative from metallurgy to co-captain Obsidian.
Why am considering doing this is really simple. I like TBS, and to be honest I still like all the metalls, regardless if the feeling is mutual. Obsidian holds to many rookies to compete in league. Our 10-20 experienced pilots would have a hard time. However Metallurgy still has its core players. Combined with Obsidian core players it will give Obsidian pilots a chance to compete in league and maybe win a few games. I want them to have fun not get slaughtered. Also I will still be able to keep my squad and recruit, train and meet new people, while at the same time participating in metallurgy fun.
Think it over tbs, and let me know what you decide or if you'd like to discuss anything further or change the terms for the partnership.
